  良好的沟通是成功的基石,做好评价管理有三篇:

  内功篇:如何描述产品、服务,表里如一;

  服务篇:提高自身服务意识,热情待客;

  技巧篇:主动留评,适当提醒。

  1、可以通过给速卖通买家发邮件要好评;

  2、给买家发优惠券要好评;

  3、包裹里用A4纸打印写出好评返现字样,并贴入店铺二维码。

  1、模版一:刚发货后,提醒买家注意收货及收货后留好评(如果使用的挂号运输方式,如EMS或者DHL等)

  4、模板四:收到评价后

  A:如果收到好评,一定要对买家进行答谢,有助于买家再次转化:

  B:如果收到中差评,则一定要让买家说出不满意的地方及时弥补,并且可以引导买家修改评价:
